Privacy Policy for ISLE Light

Effective date: May 27, 2026

ISLE Light is a light metering and photography utility app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Summary

ISLE Light does not use developer servers, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or account login. Camera, image, template, and settings data are processed locally on your device.

Information the App Uses

Camera: ISLE Light requests camera access to measure brightness, color temperature, exposure values, and zone metering information. Camera frames are processed on the device and are not uploaded to the developer.

Photos and images: The white-balance preview tool may let you choose an image from your device. The selected image is used locally to preview film and filter color effects and is not uploaded to the developer.

Templates and configuration files: ISLE Light can import and export calibration templates and shooting templates. These files are handled locally or through system file pickers selected by you.

Local preferences: The app stores settings such as theme, language, calibration values, selected film stock, shooting templates, and tool preferences locally on your device.

Data Sharing

ISLE Light does not share your data with the developer, advertisers, analytics providers, or third-party servers.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app settings remain on your device until you change them, reset them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Exported template files remain wherever you save or share them.

Children

ISLE Light is not directed to children under 13. It is intended as a photography tool for users who operate cameras and exposure settings.

Security

Because ISLE Light does not transmit metering data, camera frames, selected images, or templates to developer servers, there is no developer-side storage of that data.
